From Bali with love...

I'm going to start my travel blog with my most favourite trip ever~!
BALI...

The travelling date was in January 2011..
It's actually around 4 days before Chinese New Year
Did you guys know that travelling before festive day you'll get cheaper rates on almost everything??
That's what happen to my Bali trip...

We stay at Kuta Seaview in Kuta Bali..
We got the villa for only about RM250 per nite! (I'm not joking)
the villa is so cozy and romantic..
it's an ideal place for honeymooners

The walkway to my villa

The room!!!

From my opinion, kuta is one of the most convenient place in Bali.
Everything is in front of your eyes. McDonalds is just in front of my hotel!
and dont worry.. the fast foods there Halal.. and u guys should try their pizza hut!
So nice! 100x more better than our pizza hut here in Malaysia.

We also went to a few places like Ubud, tanah lot and Djimbaran.

Ubud is actually like a huge market selling stuffs like souvenirs, paintings and food
And it is quite cheap too.. ok lah.. not bad..
Since this is a family trip so i got to save a lot actually..
i only brought about RM500 and just spend it on souvenirs. Trust me guys.. i bought a lot!

Pasar Ubud

Tanalot is actually similar like Ubud..
But they sell more paintings than the usual stuff
If you guys are art lover.. this is the place to go
it's definitely cheaper than Kuta area.
We bought a few.. mine was only Rp250,000.. about RM60-RM70

Tanalot

One of the painting shop in Tanalot

Djimbaran is very special..
It is actually a row of of seafood restaurant
The unique thing about Djimbaran is that the dining tables are organized facing the beach
and you should go there for dinner but not too late or you'll miss the sunset!
Unfortunately on the day that we went it was so windy! and it rains before the sunset :(
But it was very2 nice.. once again a suitable candle light dinner for honeymooners..
But! the food is actually quite pricey.. it cost us nearly Rp2,000,000!

Djimbaran

The seafood

Balinese are very2 polite people..
they are so devoted to their religion and culture which mostly are Hinduism influnce
so it's not surprise to see a lot of decorated flowers along Bali streets..
You should also try the Spa.. they mostly relax you with Frangipani scent..
the price is not too bad.. roughly about Rm100 for head to toe massage with milk bath plus padi and mani
come in big groups! should get better deal!

I would loveeeee to visit Bali again..
Really miss the beauty of the place..the people and the culture there
